Pilot prices† (being confirmed). No VAT is charged until Lakitsi is VAT-registered; we’ll tell you before that changes. Listing fees are paid once; the success fee is paid only when your sale registers at the Deeds Registry and is deducted by the conveyancer from the proceeds. Listing fees are refundable within 7 days if your listing never went live — see the refund policy.

Success fee
1% of the sale price, minimum E 2,500, capped at E 15,000, paid by the seller at registration — it is deducted by the conveyancer from the proceeds under an instruction in the Agreement of Sale; Lakitsi never handles the purchase money. Stands and plots pay the same 1% with a lower minimum of E 1,500, so there is no jump in the fee at E 150,000. SNL homesteads pay a flat E 1,500, paid by the rights-holder to Lakitsi at handover (MoMo or EFT, receipt issued). On agency listings the seller pays no Lakitsi success fee: it is invoiced to the agency (1%, or 0.5% for subscribing agencies) and not deducted from the seller’s proceeds † (being confirmed). Buyers pay no Lakitsi fee.
