Banks sell homes they have repossessed and now own. Register (ID-verified) and bid until the clock runs out; a bid in the last two minutes adds two minutes. The highest bid goes to the bank, which confirms or declines it within 3 business days — only then is there a sale, and you sign the Agreement of Sale and pay the deposit into the conveyancer’s trust account as in any Lakitsi deal.
