Refund policy

• Listing fees: fully refundable within 7 days of payment if your listing has not gone live. Once live, the fee is earned and not refundable.
• Rejected listings: if our review rejects your listing you can fix and resubmit at no extra cost. If you choose not to, request a refund within 7 days.
• Boosts and subscriptions: non-refundable once active; subscriptions can be cancelled for the next month.
• Protected Deposit fee: refundable if the service was not started.
• Deposits and purchase money are never paid to Lakitsi; refunds of those are governed by your agreement and handled by the conveyancer from trust.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with within 5 business days. Request it via email or WhatsApp support within 7 days; we reply within 2 business days.
