Badges tell you how much we have checked about the person listing and the property. Higher tiers unlock more of the deal flow.
Listed
Identity check pending. Offers and applications are disabled until the owner is ID Verified.
ID Verified
National ID and selfie checked; name matches the self-declared title deed.
Title Verified
A partner conveyancer searched the Deeds Registry and the registered owner matches the seller’s ID. Any existing bond is cancelled by the conveyancer at registration.
Agency Verified
Agency on a Lakitsi plan; Lakitsi checked the owner’s signed mandate. The registered owner is the seller and signs the agreement, or the agent signs under a power of attorney the conveyancer confirmed.
Chief's Letter Uploaded
Rights-holder uploaded the umphakatsi (chief's) consent letter. This is not freehold title.
Rules
- No offers or rental applications until the owner is ID Verified.
- Title Verified appears only after a partner conveyancer records a Deeds Registry search, never from a deed photo. Plus and Premium include it; Basic sellers can add it from their dashboard.
- SNL listings can reach Chief’s Letter Uploaded at most, because there is no title deed to verify.
